WABCO, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of braking systems and safety applications for commercial vehicles, held a groundbreaking ceremony in the northwestern province of Sakarya for its first manufacturing facility in Türkiye. Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank attended the ceremony, and he said that the factory will provide employment for 600 people and make USD 100 million exports annually.
This marks yet another in a series of investments by WABCO, which In October 2018 launched its first distribution center in Istanbul.
