AFP - French car maker Renault may shift production of its popular Clio model to Türkiye, said a report on Friday. Renault plans to terminate manufacturing activities for the model at the factory in Flins, northwest of Paris, and move it to the western Turkish province of Bursa, said the French economic daily La Tribune, without citing its sources. The company’s popular Clio 3 model in the super-mini segment, currently produced in Flins and Bursa, is expected to be replaced by the Clio 4 by the end of 2011.
