Posta - The number of foreign nationals purchasing property in Türkiye has reached new heights in recent years, as the country’s real estate market keeps growing. In a period of eight years, between 2002 and 2010, 85,676 people of foreign nationality invested in houses or parcels of land in Türkiye. The total property sales to foreigners reached USD 14.4 billion in the last five years alone.
