Invest News DetailSabah – The robust demand for shopping malls in metropolitan areas has made foreign investors focus on tourist centers. Atos Capital, formed by German Ludger Inholte Projekentwicklung (LIP) and businessmen from Bodrum, will construct a class A shopping mall. The project is planned to be completed in 2011, while it will cost USD 100 million worth of investment. The new mall, called Halikarnas Galeri, will bring luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton to Bodrum.
