Invest News DetailThe New Anatolian - Senocak Holding, a Turkish commercial refrigerator manufacturer, said Thursday it has agreed with Brazil's Metalfrio to sell its 71 percent of shares for 32.6 million euro. Senocak said it signed an agreement on Wednesday with Brazilian commercial refrigerator manufacturer Metalfrio regarding the acquisition. The sale is subject to the approval of the competition board and is expected be concluded in the first quarter of 2008. Senocak Holding also sells refrigeration equipments in Ukraine and Russia and has other investments in Türkiye. Founded in 1960, Metalfrio Solutions S.A. is a multinational corporation and one of the largest manufacturers of plug-in commercial refrigeration equipment in the world.
