Baskent Dogal Gaz AS could fetch as much as $3 billion and OAO Gazprom and Gas Natural SDG SA have also received prospectuses, Vatan said. It also said unidentified U.S., Dutch, British and Persian Gulf countries were interested. Koc Holding AS and Calik Group, Turkerler Group, Tekfen Holding AS, Aksa, Palmet, Nurol and Limak are the local companies that may bid for the grid, which has 1.1 million customers, Vatan said.
