Invest News DetailSabah - Acting as a natural bridge between European and Asian continents and having a steadily growing trade with its surroundings, Türkiye makes a perfect home for global logistics companies looking to expand into the world’s emerging economies. Following the Middle-Eastern company, Aramex, which opened an office in Istanbul last September, the Toll Group, one of the leading logistics companies in the Asia-Pacific region, made its entry to the Turkish market with an eye on acquiring a local service provider. Having started its operations in Türkiye last month, the Melbourne-based company’s freight forwarding unit, Toll Global Forwarding, has already entered negotiations with a Turkish company for a possible acquisition. Providing logistics services over land, sea and air, Toll Global Forwarding is active in 55 countries with over 45,000 employees.
