Carrefour SA, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Bain Capital LLC are also interested in Migros, Türkiye's biggest supermarket chain, Istanbul-based Star reported without saying where it got the information. Bids are due by Jan. 9 and the sale should be completed this month, Star said. Migros Turk's main owner Koc Holding AS said in June it hired JPMorgan Chase & Co. to seeking offers for 51 percent of the retailer. Migros has a market value of 4.06 billion liras ($3.5 billion).
