The Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Türkiye (ISPAT) in cooperation with the World Bank Group's Investment Climate Department is hosting an event entitled “Facilitating FDI into Europe and Central Asia” that gathers investment promotion institutes (IPIs) from around the world in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The attendees of the two-day event (May 2-3) are convening on subjects such as the operating methods of IPIs, investment facilitation, and working with external partners in investment promotion efforts.
ISPAT’s web portal (www.invest.gov.tr), one of the highest rated according to the World Bank Group’s Global Investment Promotion Benchmarking 2012 report, is among the case studies in delivering sector-specific information to investors and will be presented in detail to the conference attendees.
ISPAT holds the post of Vice Presidency of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA).
